A beautiful, calming, relaxing and re-balancing therapy.

Reiki is performed fully clothed, in a reclined position, with a gorgeous plumped pillow and soft blanket to cocoon you in a nest of security and calmness.

As a Reiki Master I am trained to connect to the beautiful universal energy allowing it to flow from my hands throughout your whole body, assisting in unblocking stagnant energy areas and aligning your seven chakras which can be overloaded or blocked due to various lifestyle and emotional reasons.

Reiki can help your body and mind to begin repair, whether from a injury, trauma both physical and emotional or when you are depleted of energy due to stress, anxiety or major changes that are happening in your life.

Tension Release Acupressure Head , Neck & Shoulder Massage + your back. Perfect for stress related tension headaches/migraine and knotted tight upper shoulders from prolonged sitting.

This beautiful healing ritual fuses Eastern methods with Western.

Your treatment begins with some deep breathing followed by a series of gentle acupressure movements across the scalp combined with a head massage using the gorgeous ‘ Elemis Frangiapni Monoi Oil’ to soak in and nourish your hair as your acupressure points are worked along with facial muscle release, then the neck and upper shoulder area.

Complemented with a wonderful back, neck and shoulder massage to help alleviate muscular tension that can build up over time and aggravate headaches.

For an additional £5 you can add on some blissful hot stones to be used throughout the treatment. Please mention you would like this added on when booking.

A perfect maintenance massage as well as a stand alone treatment. Gentle manipulation combined with soft Swedish massage techniques, enables circulation to increase and flow to areas that need repair whilst helping to slowly ease out any tension knots due to stress, anxiety or poor posture from prolonged desk sitting.

This 30 minute session will leave you feeling relaxed and more flexible.

Please note it is not a deep tissue massage or sports therapy treatment.

Using a beautiful pre-blended liquid balm containing a range of pure high quality essential oils including Geranium & Frankincense. All expertly blended specifically to address the needs of a busy life.

This is a super nourishing experience that also delivers essential oils through the skin to help facilitate healing and balance. The essential oils used in this blend have traditionally been used in aromatherapy to provide feelings of emotional balance.
