Payment & Cancellation Policy
For new clients booking treatments direct with me, I will require a non-refundable 50% deposit at the time of booking, paid via BACS. I have the facility to take card payments or cash at the end of your treatment. With most major cards accepted.
Client: Whilst I appreciate that things do, and can happen. As much notice as possible is very much appreciated so that I can book in another client. If you are severely delayed, or if you are driving, please do not rush and when it is safe for you to stop, try to text or call me and I will do my best to accommodate you either later in the day or offer you the possibility to re-schedule for another day.
Myself: Equally if I have a family emergency or an illness. I will do my best to let you know as quickly as possible and any deposit will be refunded and arrangements made to book you in again.
