I have the facility to take card payments or cash at the end of your treatment. With most major cards accepted. However to make things as smooth and as easy as possible for you, I prefer to use a booking system through ‘Fresha; which is secure and holds payment details. It saves you rememebering to bring money or cards and is easy to pay. I can also send you an online invoice if your company requires one for any wellness health schemes that they offer.

From the Client: Whilst I appreciate that things do, and can happen. As much notice as possible is very much appreciated so that I can book in another client. If you are severely delayed, or if you are driving, please do not rush and when it is safe for you to stop, try to text or call me and I will do my best to accommodate you either later in the day or offer you the possibility to re-schedule for another day. 07478 615497

Myself: Equally if I have a family emergency or an illness. I will do my best to let you know as quickly as possible and any deposit will be refunded and arrangements made to book you in again.

However last minute cancellations 24 hours or less, and repeated last minute cancellations will now incur 100% of the appointment cost being kept. As a small solo business I cannot absorb the loss of missed appointments. I thank you for your co-operation and understanding in this.
