When I among the trees.
When I am among the trees, especially the willows and honey locust, equally the beech, the oaks and the pines, they give off such hints of gladness. I would almost say that they save me, and daily.

Welcome to Meadowsweet WELLBEING Forest Walks.
This is my gentle invitation to you, to step away from the crowded overwhelm and to re-connect with the wisdom of the natural world.
Looking up at green canopies, where light dances through leaves, and the wind, carries stories older than words. Here you will find a space for stillness, for softness, for return.
My guided walks are not about distance or speed. They’re about presence and slow spacious wanderings.
My intention is for us to walk slowly, mindfully, in silence or gentle conversation.
There may be an opportunity to pause, to sit , and feel the grass beneath fingertips, to breathe with the trees, to lean back against broad trunks hearing their hush above. Observing, listening, a map back to self.
My Practice
Each of my walks is a guided experience. Rooted in mindfulness and nature connection.
As we move slowly through our ancient woodlands and quiet areas, you’ll be invited into simple practices of:
Stillness and reflection
Sensory awareness
Breathwork and body grounding
Nature journaling or quiet noticing
My hope is that these Seasonal themes and invitations from the land will help you explore how we are always inter-connected. Opening you up in ways that allow processing, healing and rest.
Included is an opportunity to reflect and sip tea as the session draws to a close (please feel free to bring your own flask as we will be far away from facilities)
There’s absolutely no pressure to “do” anything. Just come as you are, and let the land hold you.
Why Forest Walks?
Through gentle, grounded practices. My walks are part of a mission to support whole-person wellbeing.
Being in nature reminds us that we are part of something vast, cyclical, and alive.
This is not just a walk. It’s a practice in belonging.
About Me
Melita is a local holistic practitioner, based in South Oxfordshire. A space-holder, and gentle companion for the journey inward.
Forest for Health was born from my longing to offer gentle, grounded support for those seeking a deeper sense of peace and connection. Not only with their own inner rhythms, but with others, and with the Earth herself.
I have long found healing in amongst the green spaces. In amongst the trees, the song of a blackbird, the slow unfolding of a season.
Out in nature I remember what stillness feels like. What it feels like to belong to something far greater. Out in nature I can process thoughts and feelings. I always feel a sense of peace and calm wash over me.
My offerings, whether through bodywork, breath, gentle mindfulness, or forest walks , are all invitations to soften you into that presence.
To honour what is tender.
To walk with greater trust in the quiet intelligence of your body, and the reverence of an ancient land beneath your feet.
I am qualified as a Natural Mindfulness guide with a practical certificate in Forest Bathing and CPD Distinction in Shinrin Yoku ( Japanese Forest Bathing )
This is not a destination.
It is a return.
I look forward to meeting you amongst the landscape of trees.
