You are invited to write me a letter, outlining your thoughts, reflections, stories or anything that feels ready to be put into words.

This can be seen as a quiet, one to one exchange.

A place for your words to land without interuption. Just simply received.

Once your letter arrives, it will be read slowly and attentively, in a calm reflective space. Often at my desk in my wooden cabin in my garden. Your words are honoured and held with due care & respect.

From my desk, I will write a single handwritten reply, sent back to you by post.

Each reply is shaped thoughtfully and includes a small tactile, seasonal element, such as a pressed leaf, herb or delicate flower or a photographic card by myself. Offered as a quiet accompaniment to the words.

This is not therapy or counselling, but a human correspondance rooted in presence, slowness and attention.

• One handwritten reply, written slowly and with care.

• An A6 Listening Letter Notecard, with a small affirmation or mini blessing.

• A small seasonal offering ( pressed flora, or photograph card)

• Your reply will be sent via post, within 7-10 days of reading.

• Availability is intentionally limited each month, to protect the care and presence held within each exchange. A waiting list is avaialble.

Each letter is prepared and posted with care including handwritten correspondance and postage. Please allow gentle time for your reply to arrive. Also my International replies may have slightly longer travel times, but are sent with the same care.

Sharing with care:At the end of the year. I aim to create and publish a small book celebrating the words and reflections shared through The Listening Letter. Only anonymous excerpts will be used, with no identifying information just a county, state or country. Participation is optional, but it can be a lovely gift to share and be involved in, highlighting our collective humanity through connection and community.
